Privacy Policy

What we collect

Itenergy collects only the information you choose to share through our contact form. That includes your name, email address, organization (if you provide one), and the message you write. We don't run third-party analytics, behavioral tracking, or advertising pixels on this site, and we don't set marketing cookies.

Our hosting provider receives standard server logs, including IP address and request metadata, for the limited purpose of operating and securing the site. Those logs are retained for a short period and aren't combined with any personal data we hold.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry. If you ask about an engagement, we'll use what you've shared to scope the conversation, ask follow-up questions, and reply by email. That's the entire purpose. We don't add inquiry contacts to a marketing list, and we don't email you about anything you didn't ask about.

Where it's stored

Inquiries submitted through itenergy.us are received by Itenergy Inc. and stored in our Google Workspace environment, which is the system of record for company communications. Google's own privacy practices apply to data stored there, in addition to ours.

Sharing

Itenergy doesn't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose. The only exceptions are narrow and ordinary: we use service providers like Google Workspace to operate the business, and we'll comply with valid legal process if required to.

Requesting deletion

You can ask us to delete the information you've shared at any time. Email corporate@itenergy.us from the address you used to contact us, and we'll delete the inquiry record and confirm in writing within a reasonable period.

Children

itenergy.us isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at the same URL. Material changes will be summarized at the top of the page when they happen.
