This site is informational
itenergy.us describes the services Itenergy Inc. offers and provides a way to start a conversation. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services on specific terms, and nothing here forms a contract between you and Itenergy. The pricing language, engagement shapes, and service descriptions are illustrative, not binding.
Engagements require a separate agreement
If you decide to work with Itenergy, the engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement that the parties sign. That agreement, not this website, controls the scope of work, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, and any other terms specific to the engagement.
Trademark
The Itenergy name and logo are trademarks of Itenergy Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation. Use of the Itenergy mark, the dotted halftone symbol, or any variation that is likely to cause confusion isn't permitted without prior written consent. The Itenergy™ mark is the subject of a pending registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Class 42 (Computer and Technology Services).

No warranty on site content
Itenergy puts care into what's on this site, but the content is provided as-is. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.
Changes
If we revise these terms, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at the same URL. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
